Rules and guidelines for using the CyberOak Automation Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using CyberOak (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Acceptable Use of Automation

You agree not to use CyberOak to:

Deploy bots that scrape data in violation of third-party Terms of Service.
Launch Denial of Service (DoS) attacks or overload external servers.
Bypass CAPTCHAs or security measures for malicious intent.
Execute scripts that mine cryptocurrency using CyberOak infrastructure.

3. Intellectual Property

Your IP: You retain all rights to the Python scripts, automation workflows, and data you upload to the platform.
Our IP: CyberOak retains all rights to the underlying platform, the Orchestrator dashboard, and the `cyberoak` Python library.

4. Limitation of Liability

CyberOak is provided "as is". We are not liable for any data loss, financial loss, or business interruption resulting from the failure of a bot or automation script. It is your responsibility to write robust error handling within your Python scripts.

5. Subscription & Termination

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our "Acceptable Use" policy without refund.
