At CyberOak, we collect information to provide better automation services. This includes:
- Account Information: Email address, name, and billing details provided during sign-up.
- Automation Data: Logs generated by your Python bots, including success/failure rates and execution times. Note: We do not access the content of the data your bots process unless explicitly stored in our Cloud Database.
- Usage Metrics: CPU usage, memory consumption, and API calls made to the Orchestrator.
2. How We Use Your Data
We strictly use your data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain the CyberOak Orchestrator service.
- To notify you about critical bot failures or system updates.
- To prevent abuse of our headless browser infrastructure.
3. Data Security
Security is core to our infrastructure. All bot credentials (API keys, database passwords) are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Transit data is secured via TLS 1.3. We undergo regular security audits to ensure your automations remain secure.
4. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party providers for payment processing (e.g., Stripe) and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS). These parties have access to personal data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
